I created a new account because I could not access my old account and the training's I completed are not on my transcripts.

If you create a new account, the training's you have completed for DWCTraining.com do not carry over from your old account. DWCTraining.com does not carry over account information if you create multiple accounts under the same first and last name.

If you are unable to log into your account, contact the DWCTraining.com Customer Support Line to recover your account information. Do not create multiple accounts.

What online courses or training videos do I have to complete?

DWCTraining.com does not know what online course or training videos you are required to complete. This is decided by your employer.

I am a member of DWCTraining.com and the event training I attend is not on my Virtual Training Transcript.

If you are a member of DWCTraining.com and did not register online for a training event, but registered by fax, phone or email, it will not be added to your Virtual Training Transcript. You must register online for that training event to be added.

If you did register online for a training event, but attended the event and changed locations on the day of the event, you will be considered as a "walk-in" at that different location and the training event will not be added to your Virtual Training Transcript.

If you register for a multiple training events in the past, and then decided to become a member of DWCTraining.com later, those completed training events do not get added to your Virtual Training Transcript.

When do Online Courses and Training Videos reset so I can take them again?

All online courses and training videos reset the first day of the new year. This will give you the option to retake the online courses and watch training videos for that current year.

Examples:

If you started to take the online course Recipient Rights on December 31, 2011, with a 50% competition and did not complete the course on that day, on January 1, 2012, all course reset and you have to retake Recipient Rights from the beginning.

If the current year is 2012, and you have completed the online course training for HIPAA Basics in 2012 you will have the option to print your certificate from that course.

If the current year is 2013 and you completed the online course training for HIPPA Basics in 2012 you will not be able to print the certificate from the course. The course has reset for the current year and you will have to print your certificate from your Virtual Training Transcript.

Does DWCTraining.com send all my completed training's to my employer?

DWC does not send any information about your completed training's to your employer. It is your responsibility to print, fax, or email your certificates or virtual training transcript to your employer to meet the continuing education credit criteria you are require to complete. Some employers use DWCTraining.com's Training Action Prompt (T.A.P.) System to monitor their employees’ activates on our website.
