Course Objective:

To obtain an understanding of Art Therapy and respective/ethical practice. It is important to understand that Art Therapy should be practiced by a registered art therapist; however, that does not mean that a therapist/social worker is not allowed to use art to enhance the therapeutic experience and build rapport with clients.
