Self Empowering Treatment for

Individuals with Depression

(3.0 CE Hours)

This is an interactive and instructive course designed to cover the learning objectives while assisting participants in utilizing an array of assessment and interventions skills in managing depression. Participants will learn to run effective psycho-educational groups, use Mood Logs, assess for and analyze core beliefs, reframe the Beck Depression Survey and pose meaningful questions about depression without asking questions that elicit a "yes" or "no" answer.
