Effective Listening

This is an interactive and instructive course designed to cover the learning objectives while assisting participants in examining and modifying their day to day communications with consumers and colleagues to better ensure they are engaging in effective and healthy listening styles. Participants will not only learn to listen effectively, but to reframe and re-word for clarity, validate to "keep it real" and to utilize these techniques in Motivational Interviewing, Recovery, CBT & DBT.
