3rd Annual Day of Restoration

Giving warmth, hope and free health screenings to the homeless and those in need

Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) has partnered with Northeast Guidance Center for its 3rd Annual Day of Restoration. The Detroit based non-profit organization will provide hygiene and warming kits which will include coats, hats and gloves to over 300 people who are homeless and in need. Also being provided will be free health screenings.

A unique aspect of this year's program for the homeless is that the Northeast Guidance Center (NEGC) will be handing out 300 coats that will convert into sleeping bags designed by Veronika Scott founder CEO of Empowerment Plan another Detroit based business.

Donations are still needed for this Saturday and always accepted year round of new and
gently used coats, hats and gloves to be given to those in need.
