Pool Safety at the YMCA
Street clothes are not permitted on the pool deck or in the pool, and lined bathing suits must be worn in the pool. Only diapers manufactured for swimming are acceptable. Parents must remain with their children in the pool area and must be in proper swim attire. No outside pool toys or flotation devices permitted. Life jackets will be available at the Y. Children under 18 are required to take a swim test to go in the deep end. In order to use the slide you must be 48" tall and pass a deep end test.
