Event Description/Learning Objectives: 

The purpose of the Community Health Fair is to increase health awareness through education and prevention. This health fair provides a valuable service to the community and is free and open to the public. It will provide basic health screenings, immunizations and blood pressure checks, as well as a variety of informational booths designed to help the community become aware of the many health-related programs, services and providers located in our surrounding community. Participants are asked to provide some form of information/educational materials, demonstration or service.
