Event Description/Learning Objectives:  This is the 2nd in a series on behaviors and brain dysfunction among middle-aged and older adults. It follows and covers in more depth the interventions briefly explored in seminar #1.

Following the training, participants will be able to:

1. Identify goals for intervention and assessment.
2. Identify four factors important to assess when addressing difficult behaviors and cognitive impairment.
3. Identify environment interventions.
4. Identify key concepts regarding interventions that address the cognitive abilities and needs of persons with cognitive impairment.
