Purposes of the TAP System

The Training and Personnel Management system is a tool intended to authorize designated users with various levels of access to DWC users to help

ensure compliance with DWIHN required training. For example, TAP users can perform multiple functions personnel training management functions, including but not limited to:

• Review agency compliance

• Review staff compliance

• Send staff training compliance reminders

• Assign staff members for training

• Remove former staff from roster
